Prediction 2230 Imager Premium Care Service Agreement
All inclusive full coverage support of the Prediction Product

Latran will cover all authorized equipment subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Priority Technical Phone Support 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM Eastern time.

Latran Technologies technical phone support lines are open from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM Eastern time. This technical support includes problem analysis and remote diagnostics support in determining and delivering required replacement parts. After hours support will be available at special discounted rates.

On-Site Service 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday excluding Latran Holidays

Latran will provide on-site service within 24 hours of determining the problem between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday excluding Latran Holidays.

Overnight access to all required replacement parts

Latran will provide overnight access to all required replacement parts as determined by an Authorized Latran Service Engineer. These parts will be shipped overnight at no additional charge to the customer.

All software and hardware performance/reliability retrofits as needed.
